Women in Aviation International Mission
Women in Aviation International (WAI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the encouragement and advancement of women in all aviation and aerospace career fields and interests. Our diverse membership includes astronauts, pilots, maintenance technicians, engineers, air traffic controllers, business owners, educators, journalists, flight attendants, high school and university students, air show performers, airport managers, and many others.

Women in Aviation International Mentor Connect Program
The WAI Mentor Connect program allows members at every level of their aviation journey to connect, engage and inspire. The program helps mentor/mentee pairs set goals, establish milestones, setup meetings and keep track of their progress.

International Women's Air & Space Museum (IWASM): This museum, located in Ohio, USA, celebrates the achievements and contributions of women in aviation and space. It aims to inspire future generations by showcasing the stories of female pioneers in these fields.
The Ninety-Nines, Inc.: Established in 1929, this organization was founded by 99 female pilots, including Amelia Earhart, and remains committed to promoting the advancement of aviation through education, scholarships, and camaraderie among women pilots.
Women in Aerospace (WIA): WIA is dedicated to expanding women's opportunities for leadership and career advancement in aerospace-related professions. It offers networking events, awards, and workshops to foster professional growth.
